Senior Project Manager, Real Estate

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end execution of real estate design and construction projects from intake through commissioning and close-out.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets at the line-item level, including tracking spend, managing change orders, and flagging variances.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts for consultants, contractors, and specialty vendors.
• Review architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawing packages for completeness, constructability, and alignment with the project brief.
• Manage relationships with prime consultants and general contractors to ensure accountability to deliverables and contract terms.
• Coordinate technical reviews with internal stakeholders across departments like IT, Security, Brand, and Marketing.
• Utilize internal AI tools and agents to accelerate project execution and develop new automated workflows.

What we're looking for

• 5 to 7+ years of construction project management experience in commercial fit-out, hospitality, or office build environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of multi-million-dollar capital projects from design through close-out.
• Experience in client-side project management rather than as a general contractor.
• Strong contract administration and commercial negotiation experience.
• Ability to read and review architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawing sets.
• Proficiency in translating complex site information into executive-ready reports and summaries.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, and AI tooling for project delivery.
