What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.
At least 10 years of IT experience including 3+ years leading complex AI deployment projects or programs across diverse teams.
Experience in program and project management for enterprise applications, infrastructure, information security, data analytics, automation, or AI initiatives.
Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of AI/generative AI concepts, data readiness, model lifecycle considerations, and responsible AI governance.
Project Management certification such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent experience is preferred.
Proficiency with tools including Microsoft Project, M365, Teams, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
