Senior Project Manager, Real Estate

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end execution of real estate design and construction projects from intake through commissioning and close-out.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies to meet milestones.
• Manage project budgets at the line-item level, including tracking spend, managing change orders, and flagging variances.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts for consultants, contractors, and specialty vendors.
• Review architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawing packages for completeness, constructability, and alignment with the project brief.
• Manage relationships with prime consultants and general contractors to ensure accountability to deliverables and contract terms.
• Coordinate technical requirements across internal departments including IT, Security, Facilities, and Marketing.
• Conduct site visits at key milestones to oversee construction progress and manage on-site operations.

What we're looking for

• 5 to 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar capital projects from design through close-out.
• Strong contract administration and commercial negotiation experience.
• Ability to read and review architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawing sets.
• Client-side project management experience representing the client rather than acting as the GC.
• Commercial construction background in boutique projects like hospitality or premium retail (preferred).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, and AI tooling such as Claude (preferred).
