What we're looking for
Minimum of 8 years of experience in professional services, project management, program management, or a senior customer-facing delivery role in high-growth technology.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related advanced project/program management certification (preferred).
Expert proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, Professional Services Automation (PSA), or equivalent project/portfolio management tools.
Proven ability to manage complex multi-vendor ecosystems and high-profile projects involving third-party partners and technical teams.
Technical literacy in networking, security, Zero Trust/SASE, DNS, and APIs.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tooling to optimize project workflows and team productivity.
Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
