The Senior Project Manager joins the Acute Care & Monitoring team to lead customer-facing healthcare implementations. This role involves coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful hardware and software deployments in acute care hospitals. You will manage project scope, schedules, communications, and milestones while overseeing the entire lifecycle from intake through closure. Key responsibilities include risk mitigation, issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with corporate and information technology standards. You will utilize technical knowledge in infrastructure deployment, cloud migration, security enhancements, system administration, virtualization, and secure networking. The role requires managing cross-functional teams, including technical network infrastructure, clinical engineering, and hospital operations. You will apply the Integrated Solution Delivery Model to drive customer adoption of medical devices and software-based technologies within existing hospital infrastructure.
Lead customer-facing healthcare implementations for hardware and software deployments in acute care hospitals.
Manage project scope, schedules, communications, milestones, and go-live activities for cross-regional teams.
Act as the primary liaison between external clients and internal project teams, sales, and clinical specialists.
Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly while escalating critical items to leadership.
Oversee the full project lifecycle from intake through closure while ensuring compliance with corporate and IT standards.
Facilitate technical and clinical workstream meetings as a subject matter expert on medical device and software offerings.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, progress reports, and documentation in approved repositories.
Provide strategic technical and analytical insights to leadership to support informed decision-making.
What we're looking for
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Advanced education is preferred.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of direct experience in Healthcare IT or SaaS project management and implementation.
Candidates must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
Experience in infrastructure deployment, cloud migration, security enhancements, system administration, virtualization, and secure networking is required.
Experience with device setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software-based products is required.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with executive leadership are required.
