The Systematic Technology Senior Project Manager joins the Systematic Technology team to drive end-to-end project execution across a complex set of technology initiatives. Drive end-to-end project execution across the Systematic Technology organization to ensure initiatives are well-defined and delivered.
Manage cross-functional stakeholder communication by providing regular updates on status, risks, and key decisions.
Facilitate discussions between teams to resolve ambiguity, identify trade-offs, and drive timely decision-making.
Partner with leadership to prioritize competing initiatives and focus resources on high-impact work.
Track and manage project interdependencies while identifying and escalating potential risks early.
Create and maintain project plans, action trackers, RAID logs, and status dashboards for transparency.
Improve project governance, communication routines, and execution processes across the technology function.
What we're looking for
5+ years of project or program management experience in a technology-driven environment.
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management skills to build credibility, influence outcomes, and maintain alignment across diverse groups.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for delivering clear status updates and executive-ready summaries.
Strong experience in prioritization, balancing strategic goals, business needs, technical dependencies, and team capacity.
Proven ability to organize ambiguous work and bring structure to complex programs.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery practices, and technology organizations.
Experience in financial services, hedge funds, systematic investing, or front-office technology environments (preferred); PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications (preferred).
