What you'll do

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise Greenhouse implementations across multiple workstreams.
Oversee consultants on solution design, integrations, data migration, and custom development.
Set project scope, timelines, and delivery methodologies using independent judgment.
Build and maintain project charters, plans, RACIs, and risk, issue, and dependency trackers.
Manage scope and change requests against SOWs to keep projects on time and under budget.
Track customer sentiment and proactively identify risks to protect satisfaction and NPS.
Refine Professional Services project management tools, templates, and processes as the team grows.

What we're looking for

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
3–5 years of customer-facing project management experience.
Experience leading technical integrations and/or large-scale software implementations.
Experience delivering SaaS implementations for Enterprise customers.
Working knowledge of project management principles including project plans, risk management, SOWs, scope and change management, and RACIs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including leading customer-facing meetings with stakeholders at every level.
Ability to work CST or EST business hours, with flexibility to support EMEA customers as needed.
PMP or another project management certification (preferred).
