What you'll do

Lead complex Professional Services engagements from kickoff through closeout while maintaining focus on value realization.
Own delivery accountability for customer requirements, execution, and business outcomes aligned to customer priorities.
Drive alignment and planning across scope, schedule, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
Serve as the primary interface to the customer executive sponsor and own financial accountability for engagement health.
Translate business goals into an executable delivery approach by clarifying objectives and guiding priorities.
Partner with internal technical and account teams to remove blockers and sustain project momentum.
Manage risk, commercial awareness, and resource efficiency to balance customer outcomes with business objectives.
Lead governance cadences, including executive reviews and quarterly business reviews, to reassess priorities.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in a project manager or delivery leader role for enterprise-scale clients in a SaaS product company.
Strong executive communication and leadership skills to build credibility with senior customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
Strong command of delivery fundamentals including scope management, milestone planning, dependency management, risk management, and executive reporting.
Ability to operate in technical environments with strong Professional Services business acumen regarding delivery economics and resource planning.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and judgment when navigating ambiguity, tradeoffs, and complex delivery decisions.
Proven leadership in driving accountability and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience leading database, cloud, modernization, or software delivery initiatives (preferred).
Familiarity with MongoDB products, services, AI architectures, and leading AI-integrated projects (preferred).
