What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, operations, or related fields.
  • Background in spacecraft manufacturing or space vehicle integration required.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and manufacturing readiness phases.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across all levels and disciplines.
  • Experience executing operationally while also thinking strategically about business impact.
  • Process thinker with a desire to learn new things without fear of jumping in.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work permanently in the U.S.
