Project Manager, Manufacturing joins the Anduril Composites branch to manage the execution of development projects for advanced composite parts and assemblies. Manage project execution from initiation through completion for multiple development projects.

What we're looking for
Must be able to work full-time on-site at the Morrisville, NC location.
3+ years of experience in project management, program management, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, design engineering, consulting, or change management.
Ability to create structure and implement new processes in high growth and high change environments.
Proven ability to drive operational execution while thinking strategically.
Comfort making decisions in ambiguous situations with limited data.
Understanding of the product lifecycle including design, development, production, and manufacturing readiness.
High EQ and ability to collaborate and influence across all levels and disciplines.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
5+ years of experience overall in relevant domains (preferred).
Experience taking new products or production systems from development to full-scale production (preferred).
Deep knowledge of co-design, engineering, and manufacturing phases of the product lifecycle (preferred).
Strong business acumen with knowledge of hardware engineering and manufacturing domains (preferred).
Experience in Aerospace composites or other AS9100 manufacturing environments (preferred).
Experience implementing digital systems such as PLM, ERP, or MES (preferred).
Strong data analytics ability to pull and interpret data from multiple systems (preferred).
