What you'll do

  • Lead the delivery of fast-track data center projects while managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Resolve project risks, escalations, and execution challenges by coordinating with appropriate support resources.
  • Manage procurement, financial tracking, and contract execution for complex infrastructure projects.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior project managers and coordinators to ensure consistent delivery standards.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to resolve complex coordination and communication issues.
  • Enforce site safety requirements and maintain high quality and compliance standards across all assigned projects.
  • Coordinate complex technical activities including commissioning, shutdown planning, MOP development, and energized work.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • 7+ years of project management experience in data center construction environments including complex infrastructure or capital projects.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale ($50M+), technically complex projects with mission-critical MEP infrastructure and demanding schedules.
  • Experience managing project financials, procurement activities, and contract execution across complex delivery models.
  • Strong working knowledge of mission-critical MEP systems, critical power/cooling infrastructure, and commissioning practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management, scheduling, and financial management tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
  • Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, CCM, CDCP®, or DCDC® (preferred).
  • Experience with design-build, EPC, or accelerated/parallelized schedule delivery models on large-scale projects (preferred).
  • Familiarity with mission-critical infrastructure systems including UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, and building management systems (preferred).
