Technical Project Manager, Data Center Deployment

What you'll do

• Lead engineering initiatives and manage AI Data Center deployments from concept through execution.
• Develop project schedules by accounting for software stack components and hardware/firmware dependencies.
• Manage the end-to-end cluster development cycle, including forecasting, sourcing, procurement, and infrastructure readiness.
• Maintain the Plan of Record (POR) and hold cross-functional teams accountable for specific deliverables.
• Establish and refine internal processes to improve operational efficiency and eliminate process gaps.
• Create and maintain project management artifacts such as statements of work, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Identify project risks and implement prevention methods to optimize engineering costs.
• Provide regular progress updates and communicate project milestones to executive and engineering stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Formal Project Management education and PMP certification are preferred.
• Multiple years of technical project management experience leading integrated system-level solutions spanning hardware and software.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, and data analysis tools like PowerBI or pivot tables.
• Strong communication, executive presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies across hardware, firmware, and software in a fast-paced environment.
• An engineering background is preferred.
