Senior Project Manager – Customer Systems Transformation (ASO)

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of mid-to-large scale eCommerce initiatives with overlapping timelines.
• Define project scope, forecast resources, create timelines, manage changes, and conduct user testing.
• Influence solution architecture and integration strategies for scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
• Communicate effectively across leadership levels to elevate risks and architectural considerations transparently.
• Build partnerships to shape portfolio direction and align on technical requirements with diverse stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of professional experience in product, project, or program management roles.
• Broad experience working with Contact Center and e-Commerce systems and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels within an organization.
• BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading programs implementing generative AI and agentic capabilities.
• Familiarity with delivering AI-enabled solutions, considering data privacy and security.
