What we're looking for
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a Master’s degree.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or technology with a focus on Channel Program Management and Professional Services.
Strong working knowledge of VMware technologies, specifically the VMware Cloud Foundation platform including storage, Kubernetes, and security components.
Experience structuring partner certification requirements, managing global routes to market, and operationalizing customer entitlement models.
Advanced data literacy to extract raw metrics from third-party tools to create executive-level reports and dashboards.
Proven track record of managing programs across multiple geographies including AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
Experience with AI models and output (preferred).
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives for executive audiences (preferred).
