Senior Product Manager, Ruggedized Systems & Tactical Interfaces

What you'll do

• Transition the GCS product line from mission-specific configurations into a scalable, common platform.
• Define and secure cross-functional alignment on a 12-month roadmap for modular hardware and software interfaces.
• Manage the full product lifecycle including requirement analysis, manufacturing, software integration, and commercial launch.
• Resolve technical debt to standardize disparate systems into a cohesive, polished product.
• Drive internal adoption of the GCS platform across multiple Anduril business lines.
• Act as the primary advocate for customers while balancing the requirements of various internal engineering teams.
• Coordinate hardware sourcing and manufacturing processes for ruggedized, real-time systems.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of product management experience managing complex physical hardware products integrated with real-time software.
• Proven ability to resolve technical debt and standardize disparate systems into cohesive, scalable products.
• Demonstrated mastery of the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement analysis to manufacturing and sales enablement.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships to drive adoption of standardized interfaces across multiple business lines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating between engineering and business stakeholders.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Prior experience in high-growth commercial technology companies or fast-paced hardware-software environments (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with tactical command and control systems or operating within Tactical Operations Centers (preferred).
