What you'll do

  • Translate field feedback, customer intelligence, and internal demand signals into actionable product insights for the Voyager line.
  • Establish structured channels to gather and relay input from internal hardware recipients to product leadership.
  • Drive alignment on product priorities including roadmap visibility, end-of-life planning, and new feature integration.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Growth team and the Voyager product line to incorporate customer data into decisions.
  • Develop and implement processes to capture competitive gaps, capability requests, and deployment challenges.
  • Manage internal communications regarding product updates and maintain a central information hub for all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure product decisions are integrated into operational processes.
  • Resolve issues related to quality and delivery timelines by collaborating with Product Operations and Supply Chain teams.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in product operations, program management, supply chain coordination, or similar cross-functional roles in hardware manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated experience working across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and sales functions simultaneously.
  • Experience tracking production metrics, inventory positions, or fulfillment timelines.
  • Ability to synthesize fragmented signals from multiple functions into a clear picture for leadership.
  • Proven success in influence-based roles driving outcomes through persistence and relationships.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
  • Defense or government hardware experience with physical product lines (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, PLM tools, demand planning, ITAR/export-controlled supply chains, or networking hardware (preferred).
