Ability to synthesize fragmented signals from multiple functions into a clear picture for leadership.
Proven success in influence-based roles driving outcomes through persistence and relationships.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
Defense or government hardware experience with physical product lines (preferred).
Familiarity with ERP systems, PLM tools, demand planning, ITAR/export-controlled supply chains, or networking hardware (preferred).
