Senior Product Manager, Ground Control Station (Hardware & Software Platform)

What you'll do

• Transition the Ground Control Station from custom configurations into a scalable, standardized product platform.
• Develop a 12-month roadmap for modular hardware and software interfaces to support cross-divisional integration.
• Manage the full product lifecycle including requirement analysis, manufacturing, software integration, and commercial launch.
• Resolve technical debt and standardize disparate systems into a polished, cohesive product.
• Drive internal adoption of the platform across multiple Anduril business lines.
• Act as the primary advocate for customers to ensure the platform meets tactical edge requirements.
• Build cross-functional relationships to balance unique team needs with a unified product baseline.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of product management experience managing complex physical hardware products integrated with real-time software.
• Proven ability to resolve technical debt and standardize disparate systems into cohesive, scalable products.
• Mastery of the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement analysis and manufacturing to launch and sales enablement.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships to drive adoption of standardized interfaces across multiple business lines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience in high-growth commercial technology companies or fast-paced hardware-software environments (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with tactical command and control systems or operating within Tactical Operations Centers (preferred).
