What you'll do

  • Define and maintain the Revenue/OTC product vision, strategy, roadmap, and release priorities to ensure revenue accuracy and close efficiency.
  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle including order management, billing, collections, renewals, and revenue recognition.
  • Elicit and document business requirements to create epics, user stories, and actionable backlogs for engineering teams.
  • Prioritize competing demands from Finance, Revenue Operations, and Sales while maintaining long-term architectural health of revenue systems.
  • Build and maintain deep expertise in NetSuite and integrated systems to manage complex data models and business rules.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs such as billing accuracy and days sales outstanding to measure post-launch outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional testing, release strategies, change management, and training for all revenue system updates.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, reduce manual journal entries, and strengthen SOX and audit controls.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of relevant product management experience delivering enterprise business systems and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience with Order to Cash (OTC), Quote to Cash (QTC), or adjacent revenue and finance processes.
  • Hands-on knowledge of NetSuite-based billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, collections, and ERP integrations.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite product and integration experience including SOX/audit requirements and Finance operations.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery teams as a Product Owner or equivalent leader.
  • Strong data analysis skills to define and track revenue and close-related KPIs like DSO and billing accuracy.
  • Experience managing complex integrations, data models, business rules, and dependencies across enterprise platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (advanced degree preferred).
