What you'll do

Lead end-to-end delivery across planning, build, testing, release readiness, and post-production validation.
Facilitate Agile delivery rhythms including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, and retrospectives.
Manage backlog execution by prioritizing tasks, coordinating dependencies, and maintaining story readiness.
Write and refine clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria using structured formats.
Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, including scenario definition, defect triage, and readiness reporting.
Coordinate release planning, including scope alignment, cutover checklists, and go/no-go coordination.
Execute post-production validation to confirm feature behavior, data integrity, and operational stability.
Define and track success metrics such as adoption, defect leakage, and cycle time.

What we're looking for

3 years of experience in product delivery or Agile delivery roles partnering with software engineering teams.
Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile delivery routines and improving delivery predictability.
Proven ability to manage and refine a delivery backlog, including prioritization, dependency tracking, and scope management.
Demonstrated ability to write engineering-ready user stories and objective acceptance criteria.
Proven experience coordinating user acceptance testing and supporting end-to-end release execution.
Strong stakeholder management skills to align product, engineering, and risk/compliance partners on trade-offs.
Data-driven delivery approach using metrics and operational signals to drive priorities and improvements.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate delivery workflows (preferred).
