Senior Product Delivery Associate, Data Platforms

What you'll do

• Drive the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle from intake and backlog refinement through final release.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized and aligned with business value.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and manage delivery risks between product, engineering, and architecture teams.
• Partner with users to identify improvement opportunities and translate data usage needs into platform capabilities.
• Validate delivered features against business requirements through testing and maintain operational documentation.
• Track and communicate delivery metrics, status, and outcomes like OKRs and KPIs to leadership.
• Monitor adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements during change management activities.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• 3+ years of experience in product delivery, product ownership, or a related technology delivery role.
• Educational or on-the-job experience in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience owning and refining a product backlog and driving delivery through agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data engineering tools, including data modeling and semantic layers.
• Experience delivering cloud-based data platforms or user-consumption capabilities at enterprise scale, including Snowflake and AWS Data Lake.
• Relevant certification such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or PMP, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with agentic AI, generative AI tools, and agile delivery tooling like Jira and JIRA Align (preferred).
