What you'll do

Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives and servicing needs.
Translate business and operational requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage all work items within Jira throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
Partner with design and technology teams to define solutions and plan delivery.
Analyze customer and operational inputs to identify and size enhancement opportunities.
Drive the full delivery lifecycle from initial discovery through launch and post-launch measurement.
Manage cross-team dependencies and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

What we're looking for

3+ years of product management experience delivering software or platform capabilities.
Experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog and translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience managing work in Jira, including creating and maintaining epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments and participating in standard Agile ceremonies.
Experience partnering with technology teams to define requirements and support delivery execution.
Ability to communicate decisions, tradeoffs, and delivery status clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience analyzing operational or customer workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
