Senior Product Delivery Associate, AI Foundations

What you'll do

• Coordinate end-to-end product delivery activities for AI initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Align with product managers, engineers, and data scientists on priorities, timelines, and success criteria.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Identify and escalate delivery blockers and risks to drive resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain delivery artifacts such as roadmaps, status reports, RAID logs, and release plans.
• Support the intake, scoping, and prioritization of new AI product requests.
• Monitor and report on key delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement in team performance.
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery frameworks and best practices within the AI Foundations organization.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or managing delivery of technology or data-driven products in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining delivery documentation including roadmaps, status updates, and risk logs.
• Ability to analyze delivery data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Claude and Copilot.
• Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data platform product delivery (preferred).
• Familiarity with the AI/ML product lifecycle, from model development through production deployment (preferred).
• Exposure to cloud-based infrastructure and modern software delivery practices (preferred).
• Agile or project management certification (e.g., SAFe, PMP, CSPO, or equivalent) (preferred).
• Experience working within large, matrixed financial services or technology organizations (preferred).
