Senior Product Delivery Analyst, Digital Assets

What you'll do

• Analyze business and technical processes to identify system interfaces, dependencies, and process flows.
• Lead analysis efforts using process flows, screen mockups, data, and use cases.
• Perform feasibility and cost/benefit analyses to recommend high-quality system designs.
• Extract and analyze data to support strategic business and technical decision-making.
• Coordinate with engineering and business teams to ensure adequate test coverage and requirement fulfillment.
• Define the scope of problems in terms of business requirements and system processes.
• Evaluate existing and in-development systems for functionality, dependability, and maintainability.
• Produce and maintain system feature design documentation and user training materials.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a business-related field.
• 5+ years of experience related to analysis and product delivery.
• Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
• Moderate expertise in analyzing end-to-end processes using REST API technologies, SQL, JSON, and Postman/Insomnia/Bruno.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the technical acumen to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to understand the technology and software architecture of an application.
• Willingness to dive in and understand code for analysis and support purposes.
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing the magnitude and impact of work at a granular level.
