Senior Manager, Product Manager, AI Acceleration

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle from initial research to final deployment.
• Define and deliver a centralized agentic evaluation and observability framework for AI systems.
• Build foundational infrastructure for multi-tier evaluation systems including deterministic guardrails and LLM-as-Judge models.
• Standardize how the organization audits, measures, and improves performance across various agentic ecosystems.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive solutions that improve both associate and customer experiences.
• Advocate for next-generation AI solutions to senior leadership to drive organizational alignment.
• Identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating risks in high-scale streaming data platforms.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
• Deep passion for language research, methods, Generative AI, and designing AI agents.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle from research to delivery.
• Proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
• Ability to navigate technical development with engineering/data science partners while advocating for solutions to senior leaders.
