What you'll do

Conduct expert-level all-source analysis using structured techniques to produce defensible assessments and recommendations.
Analyze complex datasets and reporting streams to identify patterns, trends, risks, and intelligence gaps.
Translate mission questions into specific data requirements, analytic workflows, and technical use cases for engineering teams.
Provide subject matter expertise to support the design and refinement of data models and AI-enabled workflows.
Review and assess outputs from AI tools and data science models for accuracy, relevance, and mission value.
Develop analytic methodologies that combine traditional tradecraft with automated discovery and knowledge management.
Identify data gaps, source limitations, and collection shortfalls that affect the reliability of intelligence products.
Produce written assessments, briefings, and decision-support products for operational and technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI + Polygraph.
Must have 10+ years of related experience.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Must possess expert-level experience in all-source analysis for intelligence, defense, or national security environments.
Must have strong knowledge of all-source analytic tradecraft, including source evaluation and structured analytic techniques.
TS/SCI Clearance with current or willingness to obtain CI polygraph.
