JOB TITLE: Senior Principal Intelligence Analyst, Agentic AI Integration The Senior Principal Intelligence Analyst, Agentic AI Integration joins the AI team to integrate AI-enabled tools into intelligence analysis workflows. This role focuses on accelerating research, data discovery, and pattern recognition while ensuring outputs remain validated, explainable, and aligned with intelligence tradecraft standards. You will collaborate with data scientists and software developers to translate mission requirements into practical use cases for machine learning, natural language processing, entity extraction, and knowledge management. Key responsibilities include developing standard operating procedures, evaluating prompts, and testing automation techniques for large datasets. Required skills include all-source analysis, data analytics, and familiarity with Python for workflow automation in Jupyter notebooks or Streamlit. You will apply these competencies to solve complex problems involving data enrichment, link analysis, and human-in-the-loop workflows within a mission-relevant environment.

What you'll do

  • Integrate AI-enabled capabilities into intelligence analysis workflows to improve research, data discovery, and reporting.
  • Translate mission requirements into practical use cases for machine learning, natural language processing, and data enrichment.
  • Evaluate and test AI tools, prompts, and automation techniques for specific intelligence use cases.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, source reliability, confidence levels, and adherence to intelligence tradecraft standards.
  • Develop repeatable analytic methodologies and standard operating procedures for AI-assisted workflows.
  • Support analytic production by applying AI techniques to large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to identify analytic pain points and design practical AI-assisted solutions.
  • Provide guidance and training to non-technical analytic users on using AI capabilities responsibly.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must currently possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Must have 10+ years of related experience.
  • Must have experience conducting all-source and multi-discipline intelligence analysis.
  • Must have an understanding of intelligence tradecraft, analytic standards, sourcing, and confidence levels.
  • Must have familiarity with Python for workflow automation and concepts in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing.
  • TS/SCI Clearance with current or willingness to obtain CI polygraph.
