Senior Principal Intelligence Analyst

What you'll do

• Conduct expert-level all-source analysis using structured techniques to produce defensible intelligence assessments and recommendations.
• Analyze complex datasets and reporting streams to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and intelligence gaps.
• Translate mission questions into specific data requirements and technical use cases for data scientists and engineers.
• Provide subject matter expertise to design and refine data models, AI-enabled workflows, and decision-support tools.
• Evaluate outputs from AI tools and automated systems for accuracy, relevance, and mission value.
• Develop analytic methodologies that combine traditional tradecraft with automated discovery and knowledge management.
• Identify data gaps, source limitations, and collection shortfalls affecting the reliability of intelligence products.
• Produce written assessments, briefings, and decision-support products tailored to various operational stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a current or obtainable CI polygraph.
• Must have at least 10 years of related experience in intelligence, defense, or national security.
• Must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must possess expert-level skills in all-source analysis and structured analytic tradecraft.
• Must be able to translate mission questions into data requirements and technical use cases for development teams.
• Must have experience working with large, complex datasets and knowledge management systems.
• TS/SCI Clearance with current or willingness to obtain CI polygraph.
