This role focuses on assessing, designing, and optimizing networking infrastructures specifically for AI workloads, accelerated computing platforms, and high-performance computing environments. You will act as a technical advisor, designing scalable AI-ready architectures, high-speed Ethernet fabrics, and GPU cluster networks. Key responsibilities include leading customer engagements, performing infrastructure assessments, and managing large-scale migrations and deployments. You will utilize expertise in NVIDIA Spectrum networking platforms, RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCE), GPUDirect technologies, and network automation. The role solves critical bottlenecks in east-west traffic patterns to maximize GPU utilization and ensure performance, scalability, and resiliency for next-generation data-intensive AI factories and modern enterprise data center environments.

What you'll do

  • Design scalable AI networking solutions for GPU clusters, AI factories, and large-scale machine learning environments.
  • Develop network architectures to support high-performance east-west traffic patterns in AI and HPC environments.
  • Lead customer engagements to assess, plan, and migrate networking infrastructures for accelerated computing platforms.
  • Identify infrastructure bottlenecks and recommend improvements to maximize GPU utilization and AI workload performance.
  • Create deployment workbooks, migration plans, validation procedures, and detailed implementation documentation.
  • Provide remote and on-site design, configuration, and validation support for major network deployments.
  • Serve as the technical lead for complex enterprise projects and provide first-line technical escalation.
  • Develop reusable best practices, reference architectures, and technical collateral for networking and AI infrastructure.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise networking, consulting services, professional services, or infrastructure deployment.
  • Experience designing and implementing large-scale data center networks.
  • Experience leading customer-facing architecture, planning, and consulting engagements.
  • Experience supporting AI, HPC, GPU, or accelerated computing environments (preferred).
  • Experience with network automation, observability, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies (preferred).
  • Expertise in AI infrastructure architecture, GPU cluster networking, high-performance Ethernet fabrics, and scalable data center design.
  • Must possess a valid passport or be able to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
