The Senior Director of Networking and Generative AI Infrastructure joins the Services team to define and execute the enterprise strategy for next-generation networking platforms. This leader drives the design, deployment, and operational excellence of scalable, secure networking environments supporting large-scale Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, High Performance Computing, and hybrid infrastructure solutions. Key responsibilities include overseeing data center networking, cloud networking, and global connectivity while managing GPU clusters and high-speed fabrics. The role requires expertise in RDMA, InfiniBand, Ethernet fabrics, and ultra-low-latency networking. Candidates must possess skills in SD-WAN, network security, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and observability. Develop and execute a multi-year networking strategy aligned with enterprise AI and digital transformation objectives.
Lead the design and deployment of networking solutions for AI training, inference, and GPU clusters.
Oversee enterprise networking architecture including data center, cloud, security, and global connectivity.
Manage high-speed fabrics such as RDMA, InfiniBand, and ultra-low-latency Ethernet.
Own availability, reliability, performance, and capacity management across all networking services.
Establish KPIs, SLAs, and executive dashboards to measure business outcomes and platform performance.
Manage vendor relationships, financial portfolios, and global organizational talent.
What we're looking for
15+ years of progressive networking and infrastructure leadership experience.
8+ years managing large-scale enterprise or service provider networking organizations.
Proven experience leading global teams and multimillion-dollar technology portfolios.
Demonstrated success designing and implementing large-scale AI infrastructure environments.
Experience supporting cloud-based and hybrid AI platforms.
Experience with Enterprise Networking Architecture, Data Center Networking, Cloud Networking, SD-WAN, Network Security, Automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience with GPU Networking, InfiniBand, High-Speed Ethernet Fabrics, Kubernetes, and NVIDIA AI infrastructure ecosystems.
Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and AI security practices (preferred); industry certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or AWS/Azure certifications (preferred).
