What you'll do

Manage day-to-day operations of the Health Information Exchange platform and supporting infrastructure.
Monitor system health, performance, availability, and uptime to ensure reliable data exchange services.
Troubleshoot interface errors, message failures, data quality issues, and interoperability challenges.
Execute cloud migrations, system upgrades, patching, and production deployments for healthcare systems.
Support healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, CCD/C-CDA, and FHIR messaging frameworks.
Onboard new HIE participants and manage external system connections.
Validate inbound and outbound data feeds to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
Coordinate interface testing, production readiness validation, and technical documentation for audit requirements.

What we're looking for

Must have 8 to 12+ years of experience in HIE, healthcare integration, or healthcare technology platforms.
Experience supporting production healthcare applications, interfaces, and data exchange environments is required.
Proficiency in healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, CCD/C-CDA, and FHIR is required.
Must have experience troubleshooting system, interface, and integration-related issues.
Knowledge of Oracle Health Millennium architecture, iBus, and related clinical information systems is required.
Ability to perform data exchange validation, testing, and infrastructure performance monitoring.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms is preferred.
