The Senior Principal Consultant - Gen Lab joins the Federal Consulting team to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions for federal agencies including the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and the Indian Health Service. This role involves consulting with clients on service line workflows, guiding stakeholders through design decision impacts, and providing solution oversight. The successful candidate will perform backend build experience in PathNet or similar areas. Required technical skills and tools include Bedrock, CCL, DCPTools, Reference Range Wizards, Virtual Views, Discern Rule Writing, Reference Lab Interfaces, and Medical Device Interfaces. The position focuses on shaping electronic health records systems to improve clinical outcomes for active-duty service members, veterans, and American Indians and Alaska Natives within a complex federal healthcare environment.
Design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions for Federal agencies.
Consult with clients on service line workflows and guide them through design decision impacts.
Provide solution oversight, direction, and technical expertise to project stakeholders.
Drive client-specific solution configurations for electronic health records systems.
Perform backend build experience in PathNet or other similar clinical laboratory areas.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while independently handling assigned tasks.
Safeguard corporate and client assets by following organizational security policies and procedures.
What we're looking for
Must have at least 5 years of total combined related work experience.
Must have at least 3 years of healthcare information technology consulting, support, or client-facing IT solution work experience.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in relevant clinician, practitioner, functional, or technical roles.
Must have an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Must have backend build experience in PathNet or other similar areas.
Must have experience in Bedrock, CCL, DCPTools, Reference Range Wizards, Virtual Views, Discern Rule Writing, Reference Lab Interfaces, or Medical Device Interfaces.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card.
Knowledge and experience with Oracle Health Federal Clinical Laboratory products is a plus (preferred).
