Manager, Data Architecture

What you'll do

• Manage a team of Technical Architects and Engineers to design, build, and execute data migration solutions.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of data migrations including planning, extraction, transformation, validation, and post-live stabilization.
• Provide technical direction and program oversight to ensure solutions meet business, security, and client requirements.
• Resolve high-level escalations, operational issues, delivery risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Drive alignment between internal teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coach and develop team members through performance feedback, goal setting, and professional development planning.
• Lead cross-functional program management initiatives to coordinate execution across multiple technical teams.

What we're looking for

• A security clearance is required.
• 4-6 years of experience in leading delivery teams, consulting, data migration, or data architecture is required.
• 2 years of experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution is required.
• A BS or BA in a related field is required.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Strong presentation skills are required.
• Experience managing Technical Architects, Engineers, or senior technical consultants for data migration delivery (preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Health EHR, Federal healthcare, Veterans Affairs programs, or large-scale healthcare data migrations (preferred).
