Federal Oracle Health Lead Integration Architect

What you'll do

• Lead strategy and execution for complex, integrated Oracle Health client engagements.
• Direct integration, validation, testing, and deployment-readiness activities across multiple workstreams.
• Establish and oversee domain, issue, risk, change, and escalation-management approaches.
• Build executive-level client relationships to influence decisions and achieve engagement outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve escalations affecting quality, delivery, or client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and execution oversight to Integration Architects and cross-functional teams.
• Establish reusable integration architecture patterns, governance practices, and decision frameworks.
• Translate lessons learned into reusable standards, playbooks, and practices to improve delivery quality.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 12 years of combined relevant professional experience and higher education.
• Must have at least 5 years of healthcare IT consulting, client-facing technology, implementation, or solution-delivery experience.
• Must possess advanced knowledge of Oracle Health integration and implementation practices.
• Must have demonstrated experience leading complex client engagements, technical workstreams, or implementation teams.
• Must be a U.S. citizen based on U.S. soil.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card.
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% as needed.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience is required.
