As a Senior Platform Software Engineer on the OCI SDK team, you will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, and networks. What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain multi-language SDKs (Java, Python, Go, TypeScript, .NET) for OCI services.
Build and enhance command-line interfaces (CLIs) to improve developer experience and tool usability.
Implement modifications to existing software architecture to meet evolving technical requirements.
Automate SDK generation, API upgrades, and quality assurance pipelines.
Collaborate with service teams to onboard new APIs and drive adoption of SDKs and CLIs.
Provide technical leadership to other developers through code reviews and design sessions.
Ensure consistency, security, and compliance across all developer tools and open-source components.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience in software development with a focus on SDKs, APIs, developer tools, or libraries (preferred).
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, TypeScript, or .NET (preferred).
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and API client patterns (preferred).
Experience with cloud infrastructure, developer workflows, or CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
Familiarity with SDK automation, code generation tools, or OpenAPI (preferred).
Expertise in platform architecture and software platform development.
