What you'll do

Translate business strategy into analytical problems and hypotheses to produce recommendations for hiring and workforce decisions.
Develop and socialize a prioritized Talent Acquisition data and analytics roadmap with associated business cases.
Build and evolve hiring forecast and funnel conversion models using predictive and causal inference techniques.
Ideate, scope, and measure AI-native use cases by connecting industry developments with TA domain knowledge.
Own the data governance framework for Avature and the data lake to ensure data quality for advanced analytics.
Connect insights across the candidate and employee lifecycle, including hiring, attrition, and internal mobility.
Benchmark internal hiring funnels and recruiter productivity against external industry standards and competitor trends.
Define and deliver metrics that hold TA leaders accountable for hiring strength and requisition governance.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in People Analytics, including data science roles.
5+ years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition analytics.
Proven experience partnering with TA leadership to maintain an end-to-end analytics roadmap and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated expertise in building hiring models, including predictive, forecast, and causal inference models.
Advanced SQL skills and fluency in Python or R with hands-on experience in data wrangling and analysis.
Experience scoping and measuring AI-native experiences and connecting model performance to business outcomes.
Experience working with Avature or other related ATS systems.
Demonstrated ownership of data governance frameworks and data quality standards.
