As a Product Solutions Analyst, Recruiting Technology, you will join the Recruiting Technology team to build systems that power how the company attracts, evaluates, and hires talent. You will manage complex, cross-functional problems at the intersection of product management and operations, translating ambiguous business needs into structured requirements for an Applicant Tracking System and related internal tools. Your daily work involves aligning priorities across engineering and design teams, defining data strategies to measure investment success, and identifying process gaps to remove organizational friction. You will specifically focus on integrating AI to automate recurring analysis and improve the product's functionality. Key competencies include experience in HR technology, agile development, and data visualization. You must be able to navigate global compliance requirements like GDPR while designing scalable processes that balance people, technology, and candidate experience.
Design and improve the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related internal recruiting technologies.
Translate ambiguous business needs into structured product requirements and scalable process recommendations.
Define key metrics and develop data strategies to inform investment decisions for recruiting technology.
Identify and resolve organizational friction and process gaps across product, design, and engineering teams.
Prototype and implement AI solutions to automate recurring analysis and streamline internal workflows.
Manage the transition of high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Design and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics tools for stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops with senior leaders to resolve competing perspectives and reach firm decisions.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in product management, strategy and operations, business operations, or a comparable role within a technology product organization.
Experience as a product manager or technical partner in an in-house HR or recruiting product role designing and implementing cross-system processes.
Demonstrated experience owning and shipping an AI-powered product feature end-to-end with measurable impact on user experience or cycle time.
Demonstrated experience designing or improving how a product organization operates, including planning cycles, prioritization, and decision-making.
Track record of leading cross-functional partnership across product, engineering, design, data, and business teams to achieve alignment.
Facilitation experience that produces decisions with leaders who hold competing views.
Proficiency with data visualization tools in an AI-forward design approach.
Strong analytical skills including the ability to frame questions, analyze data, and translate findings into recommendations for leadership.
Experience leveraging AI to streamline team workflows.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving toward solutions in fast-paced environments.
Experience leading teams through periods of significant organizational change (preferred).
Experience in recruiting, HR, or People technology with familiarity with People team operating models (preferred).
Hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows at scale to automate manual work and bottlenecks (preferred).
Experience designing business processes at the intersection of people, technology, and compliance (preferred).
Working experience in Agile development methodology and modern product development practices (preferred).
Experience working in complex global environments (preferred).
