Senior PD Project Management Specialist

What you'll do

• Coordinate portfolio governance, operational mechanisms, and review processes for the Neurovascular Project Management Organization.
• Collect and communicate project status, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain portfolio management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to provide visibility into project performance.
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and business updates to support leadership decision-making.
• Facilitate portfolio review meetings by documenting decisions and tracking action items for follow-up.
• Develop standardized metrics to monitor project progress, resource utilization, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation, digital tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage project documentation and governance records in accordance with organizational standards and quality requirements.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Technical field with at least 4 years of relevant experience is required.
• A Master's degree in an Engineering or Technical field with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• A PhD in an Engineering or Technical field is accepted with no years of experience required.
• Candidates with degrees from outside the U.S. must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Candidates must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
• Experience supporting PMO, portfolio management, or project coordination functions is preferred.
• A background in medical devices or another regulated industry is preferred.
• Experience with sustaining engineering, released product management, or new product development is preferred.
