What you'll do

Create test systems for development, qualification, verification, and validation purposes.
Design PCB layouts using Altium software based on provided schematics.
Manage ECAD libraries and maintain component library standards.
Implement high-speed digital interfaces including USB, PCIe, and Ethernet with controlled impedance routing.
Apply signal and power integrity rules to ensure robust hardware performance.
Navigate complex fabrication and assembly processes while adhering to DFM/DFA requirements.
Execute high-density routing for multi-layer boards and BGA fanouts.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience with PCB Layout.
8+ years of experience with Altium.
Ability to read and interpret schematics while applying appropriate design best practices.
Solid understanding of PCB fabrication, assembly processes, limitations, and design rules.
Experience with ECAD libraries and library management.
Familiarity with basic signal and power integrity rules as they affect layout.
Experience with high speed digital interfaces and controlled impedance routing like USB, PCIe, and Ethernet.
Eligible for security clearance.
CID, CID++, or PCEA-CPCD certification (preferred).
Experience with MIL-STD and IPC standards (preferred).
Experience with high density routing and power distribution networks (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar (preferred).
