What you'll do

Act as the primary interface between Anduril and government customers for systems engineering and mission integration.
Develop Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) artifacts to support product development, delivery, and sustainment.
Create and maintain technical artifacts regarding autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
Translate stakeholder needs into accurate technical requirements and system designs.
Participate in the development and implementation of the company's Digital and Systems Engineering strategy.
Present and demonstrate technical artifacts during meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage requirements analysis and integration activities for complex defense systems like weapon or space systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, computer science, or a similar engineering or technical field.
At least 7 years of experience in Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle.
Experience with requirements analysis and system design within a government context.
Proficiency with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP, or similar frameworks.
Experience developing Model Based Systems Engineering artifacts such as activity diagrams, use case diagrams, and BDDs.
Proficiency with Cameo MagicDraw or similar systems engineering software like Rhapsody or SparxEA.
Must possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance and be eligible for a Top Secret clearance.
Strong communication skills to present developed artifacts to internal and external stakeholders.
