What you'll do

Act as the primary interface between Anduril and government customers for systems engineering and mission integration.
Develop Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) artifacts to support product development, delivery, and sustainment.
Create and maintain technical artifacts based on stakeholder needs to serve as contractual deliverables.
Participate in the development and implementation of the company's Digital and Systems Engineering strategy.
Build a deep understanding of autonomy, simulation, and perception products through the creation of engineering documentation.
Manage requirements analysis and system design specifically within a government and defense context.
Present developed artifacts at stakeholder meetings and events to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, computer science, or a similar engineering or technical field.
At least 7 years of experience in Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle.
Experience with requirements analysis, system design, and integration for complex systems like DoD Weapon Systems or Space Systems.
Proficiency with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP, or similar modeling frameworks.
Experience developing Model Based Systems Engineering artifacts such as activity diagrams, use case diagrams, and BDDs.
Proficiency with Cameo MagicDraw or similar software like Rhapsody or SparxEA.
Experience with Digital Engineering workflows and Integrated Modeling Environments like Teamwork Cloud.
Must possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance and be eligible for a U.S. Top Secret clearance.
