Senior MS Teams & M365 Engineering Lead, VP

What you'll do

• Develop technical solutions that meet business requirements for Microsoft Teams and M365 platforms.
• Lead the engineering program for the design, documentation, and resiliency of M365 solutions.
• Integrate Teams Voice with Cisco Call Manager in coordination with networking telephony teams.
• Implement automations for repeatable tasks and develop streamlined ServiceNow and SailPoint workflows.
• Provide L4 support during major incidents and mentor junior Teams engineers.
• Define long-term solution roadmaps and offer rationalization proposals to reduce technical debt.
• Ensure platform adherence to security policies and mitigate risky activity within the environment.
• Conduct bi-annual reviews of internal documentation and processes to create remediation plans.

What we're looking for

• 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Microsoft 365 certified teams administrator or equivalent (preferred).
• Demonstrated work history administering MS Teams for complex environments (preferred).
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams, including Voice and integration to on-premise PBX.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, M365 application suite, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender.
• Knowledge of Teams Connect and relevant governance tools and techniques.
