What you'll do

Build and maintain the underlying operational aspects of the platform, including remediating vulnerabilities.
Lead the availability, resilience, and scalability of the platform.
Intake, provision, and deploy solutions across various lines of business teams.
Monitor platform support channels to address customer questions and technical issues.
Implement updates and improvements for Google Workspace features and best practices.
Improve file storage processes, governance, audit, legal, and retention standards.
Utilize scripting languages like HTML, Python, and SQL to automate and enhance platform functionality.
Align platforms with the latest architecture and configurations in coordination with the Architecture team.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 4 years of experience using build and deployment tools like Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory.
At least 2 years of experience with AWS.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
2+ years of experience administering Google Workspace or a similar enterprise productivity suite (preferred).
Experience with Google GenAI / LLM platforms and other Agentic or SaaS AI capabilities (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS and/or GCP (preferred).
2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
