  • Design and document efficient manufacturing processes for new product development and full-rate production.
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks through analysis of cycle time and quality metrics.
  • Provide technical guidance to the production team and act as a liaison between departments.
  • Collaborate with Quality team to set standards and implement inspection processes.
  • Organize workshops to generate solutions for complex manufacturing issues.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing complex electrical assemblies.
  • Solid understanding of hardware manufacturing processes for electronics and electromechanical systems.
  • Proven ability to manage product manufacturing from start to finish, coordinating with multiple parties.
  • Experience analyzing material flow using pull systems, Kanban, and other production metrics.
  • Prior knowledge and interaction with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ERP systems.
  • Strong technical skills in reading electrical schematic drawings and 3D CAD files.
  • Secret security clearance required.
