What you'll do

Manage production test flows and provide hands-on troubleshooting for complex electrical issues during testing.
Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system level checkouts to component validation.
Improve existing test systems to enhance automation, consistency, cycle time, and overall test coverage.
Develop and maintain clear work instructions and a library of common failure modes for technician use.
Perform root cause analysis on product failures and recommend corrective actions to engineering teams.
Analyze test data and provide detailed reports to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Optimize test strategies to reduce cycle time while maintaining high quality standards.
Maintain and calibrate all test equipment to ensure precision and reliability in the production environment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
8+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, Python, and NixOS.
Familiarity with electronics test equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and data acquisition sensors.
Strong root cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware.
Experience with hands-on system troubleshooting and integration of electrical, mechanical, and software/firmware systems.
Proficiency with PLM, MES, and TES systems including experience with MES system integration.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
