Preferred skills include Python, LabVIEW, or MATLAB for data parsing. You will solve critical manufacturing challenges by ensuring flight readiness and reliability for the Fury aircraft.

What you'll do

Write, validate, and maintain assembly-level and vehicle-level Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) for aircraft systems.
Execute system-level checkouts including power-on testing, flight control actuation, wire harness continuity, and sensor calibrations.
Diagnose complex electrical, communication, and mechanical failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Train and certify technicians on executing test procedures and using specialized aerospace ground support equipment.
Analyze test data and cycle times to optimize automated test scripts and reduce production bottlenecks.
Develop a library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides for rapid issue resolution.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure precision, reliability, and consistent coverage during manufacturing.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in a production test environment focusing on aircraft, UAV, or complex aerospace systems.
Proven experience writing and executing hardware-in-the-loop testing, system-level ATPs, and avionics functional checkouts.
Familiarity with aircraft communication protocols such as CAN bus, Ethernet, RS-232/485.
Proficiency with standard electronics test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
Experience utilizing Product Life Cycle (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Excellent technical writing skills to translate complex engineering requirements into clear technician instructions.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
