What we're looking for
A Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, a Master's with 2 years, or a PhD is required.
Candidates with degrees from outside the U.S. must satisfy specific federal requirements for foreign degree evaluation.
You must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
Experience using risk management tools such as PFMEAs or other control plans is preferred.
Experience researching, developing, and implementing tools, processes, machines, and equipment to support manufacturing operations is preferred.
7+ years of technical experience in a machining environment including finishing, packaging, laser etching, assembly, blasting, or clean room operations is preferred.
Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) certification is preferred.
Completion of formal Project Management and Lean Manufacturing training is preferred.
