Senior Manufacturing Engineer
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer joins the Maritime team to own the recertification, repair, and refurbishment operations for Dive-LD Autonomous Underwater Vehicles. This role involves managing the end-to-end process for vehicles returning from the field, including triage, failure analysis, and disposition of non-conforming hardware. What we're looking for
Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science.
5+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
Demonstrated technical leadership skills with an expertise in manufacturing.
Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware through machining, fabrication, soldering, or assembly.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience standing up or running a recertification, repair, refurbishment, or depot-level operation for complex electromechanical systems (preferred).
Experience leading field return/RMA processes including intake, triage, failure analysis, and disposition of hardware (preferred).
Experience in maritime robotics, electrical systems up to 400VDc, or using tools like JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter, or Oracle (preferred).
