The Senior Manager - Visa Direct Ecosystem Integrity supports the strategy and execution of scalable controls across the Visa Direct ecosystem to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and transaction quality. This role involves orchestrating controls, advancing detection through automation and AI, and supporting consistent enforcement across the network. The individual will translate regulatory requirements and operational insights into product enhancements, managing global mandates, governance, and exception processes. Key responsibilities include partnering with Product, Compliance, Legal, Rules, Technology, and Regional teams to align money movement flows with network standards. The position requires expertise in payments, AML, cross-border regulations, and transaction integrity. The successful candidate will utilize data-driven solutions, analytics, and automation to identify risks, manage escalations, and improve monitoring, case management, and ecosystem visibility.
Lead the execution of scalable controls across the Visa Direct ecosystem to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
Drive automated detection and data-driven compliance capabilities to identify risks and non-compliant behaviors.
Translate regulatory requirements and operational insights into product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
Manage the implementation and governance of global mandates, including readiness, exceptions, and escalation processes.
Support standards for regulated money movement, including data requirements and cross-border obligations.
Develop tools and reporting capabilities to improve monitoring, data quality, and ecosystem visibility.
Coordinate across Product, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams to drive alignment on ecosystem integrity.
What we're looking for
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree.
5 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
2 or more years of work experience with a PhD.
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree (preferred).
7 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (preferred).
3 or more years of experience with a PhD (preferred).
7+ years in payments/money movement ecosystem with expertise in regulatory compliance, network operations, and transaction integrity (preferred).
Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Product, Compliance, Legal, and Technology (preferred).
