Senior Manager, Product Manager - Global Payment Network

Senior Manager, Product Manager- Global Payment Network joins the Global Payment Network Product team to drive the transformation of how customers engage with their money. This role focuses on improving the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across various platforms. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions in product areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market. To succeed, the candidate must demonstrate core competencies in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven innovation, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. The role requires a background in quantitative fields or business/marketing to solve complex problems regarding reliable, efficient, and user-friendly payment products while mitigating risks and ensuring alignment across the organization to meet specific business goals and customer needs.
